Amethyst Pillow
The Amethyst Pillow has a cover that zips off. This can be taken off and used over favorite pillow or thrown over the back of your chair as you are relaxing. You will find that using the Amethyst Pillow (or cover) may help with headache and migraine symptoms as well as aiding in relaxation.

Generally the BioMat technology is safe for everyone but just to be cautious be aware of some conditions that may need extra consideration. Please note the following special situations and possible contraindications to using Far Infrared Therapy.
o Acute injury to joint or muscle in the past 48 hours (good first-aid)
o Pregnant or could be pregnant (only 2 lowest setting should be used)
o External pacemaker or defibrillator implant (Not at all. Internal pacemakers are fine)
o Silicon implants
o Taking corticosteroids
o Addison’s disease
o Multiple Sclerosis
o Lupus erythematosus
o Told you have any adrenal suppression condition
o Any bleeding condition
Far Infrared Therapy is not always compatible with these conditions or at least needs to be used at the lowest two settings. If you or someone who will be using the BioMat™ has any of these conditions, it is best to use caution. If you wish to use the higher settings, you will want to consult with a physician before proceeding to be sure that it is best for your health.
Plates, pins, and other implanted structures are not affected by the FIR. If in doubt, check with your physician.
